It is not required, however, if you would like to you can send it to (415) 573-6651 with your name, appointment time, and braiders name.

Yes, a $25 non-refundable deposit will be required to book an appointment.

This deposit will go towards your style. 

Can I schedule an evening appointment?

No. No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced (including children).

Yes, your hair needs to be clean and washed prior to your appointment.

Do I need to blow-dry my hair?

Yes, blow-dry your hair with an attached comb blow-dryer prior to your appointment.

Do I need to bring my own braiding hair?

We provide colors 1, 1B, 2 and 4 for all styles except crochet/interlocks. If you would like another color, please specify when booking your appointment. This is an additional add-on charge.

Yes, we have some standard hair charms and jewels; however you can bring your own if you have a particular look you are going for. There is an extra fee to install hair jewels and charms.

How long can/should I leave my braids in?

It depends on the style and grade of hair. For individual braids, we wouldn't recommend more than 8 weeks. Get your edges touched up in about 4 weeks. For cornrows, about 3-6 weeks depending on size and style. Basically, we'd recommend anywhere between 3 weeks to 2 months for any braided style.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling pol

what is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to pay a new deposit. If you would like to reschedule, you will need to contact your braider at least 24 hours in advance.

How long can/should I leave my braids in?

Yes, we also have vending machines available with snacks and drinks.
